Sometimes, photography pulls on my attention and compels me to notice what otherwise might remain mundane, or "in the background". This shot, for example. I was walking the dogs (as I do every morning), only this time, it was a little later, and the sprinklers had come on. I looked down and noticed the shimmering droplets on my front lawn, twinkling and casting tiny rainbows everywhere. I see this a lot, but since I got my camera, I look at it differently. I actually notice it. My awareness is deeper. Unfortunately, in this case, I couldn't get a good angle for the rainbows, but managed what I could. Enjoy, friends!
