On the suggestion of a few people that the original image was too dark and lacking contrast. I re did this one making it brighter and adding some contrast in selected areas.

take note that sometimes it'll appear dark-brighter or colorful and not. it depends on the screens that they have. specially nowadays retina displays makes the colors more brighter.
