A shot from a successfull phototour on the southern part of Iceland in early december 2012. Photographer Elroyie David captures the last remains of light on the peaks of mountains Hrútfjallstindar and glacier Svínafellsjökull. After a good chat with Elroy about how beautifull the scenery of the sunset made to this location, I walked few steps back and included him in the scenery to make this image a good memory from the tour. In summer, this place is a deep lagoon and not possible to access, but the sub zero teperatures in Icelandic winter make many great opportunities like this image represents.
I'll be guiding photo tours to this location all year round, so if you're interested you can check out available tours at my website or drop me an email with your request.
