Firstly i'd like to thank Ray Jennings for inviting me on this trip, shame you couldn't make it mate.
After a 4 hour drive with Bruce Hood and Craig Hollaway through the Hunter region, one of my favourite drives we arrived at the Sunflower farm. On the drive through the property we passed this amazing shed and water tank, it felt like that scene out of Jurassic Park when they couldn't get out of the vehicle to look at the dinosaurs. After checking out some fields and windmills we headed back to this location and spent the afternoon drinking Coronas and waiting for the sunset.
The three quarter moon in genuine maybe just a little larger, but thats what it looked like to our eye and thats not the Coronas talking.
I'm off to the Blue Mountains this weekend to stay with out good friends Stig and Lisa so I'm looking forward to a bit of bush walking and maybe a little autumn colour.
Thanks for all the comments and support, I'm sorry if I've been slack in getting back to you, it's been a little hectic with work and the arrival of our third child.
