These eggs were still traditionally dyed with onion skins and potato sacks or other utilities. Normally it takes a stocking with petals or similar to the egg and place in the bowl of a decoction of red onions. This year is unfortunately snow so that there are no flowers. Therefore, you improvise with above-mentioned. Then the eggs are rubbed with bacon, so they get a shine. My grandmother turns these eggs still in this way ... as it was in Romania, as there was nothing else.
