Before we go diving into all the spring photography that will inevitably show up in everyone's flows, I wanted to share a late season shot I got up at Mount Rainier a couple weeks ago. This was the first thing I shot when I got back from Hawaii. After shooting the incredibly difficult subject of bright red lava that constantly moves and is always clipped out in your files, I realized just how easy shooting mountains and snow it. They don't move, they won't burn you alive, colors are normally easy to keep in check, and soft snow is way more comfortable to sit on than sharp lava rock. Anyway, my new site is up and doing great.
