Yes, yes. I know I've broken the rules - don't photograph into the Sun, don't leave flare in your photograph, balance the contrast between the sky and the land. I don't care. This was sunrise on my birthday and I was starting the day doing something I love - taking photographs. I could see the flare in the lens and thought it was worth leaving in.Without this ball of gas, 93 million miles away, photography would not exist in the form that it does. It was worth breaking the rules for, don't you think…?
