This was taken on the first night of our 6 day excursion into the Maze district of Canyonlands in may of 2011.
One of those yahoos around the campfire got a little crazy with the firewood and caused a bit of lens flare. Sure, I could clone it out but then what could I complain about? :)
I did catch two faint iridium flares just below the north star, can you see them?
