This is the third and final photo in my series "portraits of time" that's at 918 Bathurst Gallery right now. If you look closely, the hand has the hebrew word for faith on it, "emuna." It is as though my faith, or whatever, was guiding me in my childhood. Whether I liked it or not, in my adolescence I was immersed in a Jewish community - a "bubble." I felt confused and torn as to how I identify with religion and wholly being a part of a Jewish community, which is why there are 4 legs going in different directions. I always felt like there was more that I had to experience.
