This is 2 exposures blended together using my advanced Photoshop tonality control and multiple exposure blending techniques. I produced a video detailing these techniques, it's available here: www.zschnepf.com
I loved Bad Water, I spent quite a few days shooting before I finally got a nice clear sunrise. The winter rains covered the salt flats with water, it was so surreal to walk into it. This is the lowest point in North America, 282 feet below sea level.
