Sunset at the increasingly popular second wave in North Coyote Buttes. The landscape in this area is truly amazing with the curves, colors, and changing shadows. But it can be a real challenge to find refuge from the blistering winds and sun while waiting for sunset – there’s only so many hamburger rocks to hide behind. I think I ate about 100 pebbles that day.
