I tried for years to realize a shot like this and only after several attempts i reached on my intent. This result is thanks to many conditions overlapped at the appropriate time: the perfect flowering of Rhododendron, plenty of water in the creek caused by a three days bad weather in the valley, interesting clouds in the sky and the good light, just two hours after the sunrise to provide a good illumination on the scene.I used a Neutral Density filter (ND1000) plus a Polarizator to allow me to reach a long exposure time of 30 seconds, essential for the flowing effect on the water and into the sky.
