I was in Newcastle Oklahoma when I found a place to pull over on the side of the freeway. I was headed straight into the hail core and I didn't want to. I later found out it was a wise choice because they were coming down as large as baseballs.I recently ditched my iMac for a quadcore Intel tower, and it's changing the way I process my images. You can see the difference if you look at my previous upload. This is a three photo panoramic stitch. I cropped it for a decent aspect ratio, and find it gives the viewer a better feeling of what it's like to be under a huge Oklahoma shelf cloud storm front near the hail core.I did turn around soon after taking this shot to avoid getting into some serious trouble with the car renjtal agency.
