Had my hands on Fuji X100 that I have rented from Borrowlenses
... I'll do a little write-up about this camera in the future, but... I really wanted to love this camera. Everyone seems to love it. I tried shooting in the city and outside, taking it to alleyways... But I can't. It has so many drawbacks that it's nearly impossible to enjoy it — it's slow, the focus is horrible, the controls are ugly, the sounds it makes... It is simply not usable as an everyday camera (especially if you are coming off much more advanced cameras like Nikon D800 or D4.
The only 2 positive things are the design (it looks sexy), and image quality. While the screen is horrible, so it's impossible to preview the photos, the end result in Lightroom is very pleasing, with nice out-of-camera tones and colors.
