Guaita is one of three peaks on Monte Titano overlooking the city of San Marino, the capital of the small European country of the same name. A fortress defends each of the peaks, and the Guaita is the oldest, and the most famous. This view can be seen from the ridge trail between the second fortress, named Cesta, and the Guaita itself. Best viewed in the lightbox.
