Technically well done use of selective color und b&w conversion. But you should think about applying this effect to a more central or to one surprising piece of your images, not scatter it around (same for your picture with the bicycle backlights). I think the color effect should be carefully used, otherwise you distract your audience. Here for example I might have chosen the tram (if there was any interesting color to it).
