Normally, I set up for this kind of shot at the Japan Pavillion at Epcot down in Walt Disney World. But, on this past vacation in October, I wanted to try a different view.

After an hour of scoping out a spot and testing wind directions (yes, I was that nerded out), I realized that on this night, the Mexico Pavillion offered the best view as we were downwind of the wind/smoke and there were no obstacles interfering with a potential shot. All in all, I'm pleased with this.
