What is better than an Aardvark sighting – only an Aardvark sighting in Golden sunlight. We were fortunate to pass through the Eastern Cape last week and realizing that we might be able to spot an Aardvark.
The Aardvark is nocturnal but in cold winter days you might be lucky to spot them late afternoons in Savannah areas. They holed up in underground burrows dug with their powerful feet and claws, razor like spikes who enable them to acquire their staple diet – ants and termites.
