In Japanese, a word meaning "reflection" is usually translated into "han-sha (反射)" or "han-ei (反映). But when the reflection is reflecting too much degree that the world seems to appear in the water as it is, Japanese often use some ancient word, "mizu-kagami" (水鏡), which means water reflects the image like a mirror.

The pond in Kiyomizu-temple is really famous for the reflection. I chose the word for this pond.
