A hilarious incident happened a minute right after I came out from the 5-star hotel I was staying last week in Hong Kong. A homeless dude walks slowly infront of the hotel doorman asking the red-suit, serious-looking-attendant if he has a reserved room for him. Another hotel guest from the U.S., caught by the drama, looks on observing what the hotel doorman will tell his "newly-arrived" guest. To my surprise, the slightly-shocked doorman politely gives him his "welcome-tourists" smile while the homeless dude continues to walk pass by him with a big smile still in his face. As one of the busiest, most stressful cities in the world, Hong Kong hospitality is one of the worst in the world-:) This quick incident is perhaps an exception - the rarest ever to happen during the last 100 years.
