Had a brilliant session with this male 'rogue' capercaillie. Often secretive and hidden in the pine forests of the Highlands, there are a few individuals that shun this trend and decide to do battle with anyone who dares venture in to their territory. This male put on a right show, shaking his tail feathers, calling and even chasing us!
