This is another image from my large format days. Made on an overnight off trail trip into the North Cascades National Park. A perfect trip with some excellent photos was marred on the way down when I stepped in a marmot hole on a steep grassy slope. My friend told me that I did a complete airborne somersault with a full pack. My right leg slammed down on some rocks but miraculously was not broken. However it swelled up twice the normal size and turned every color in the rainbow for a week.
Affordably priced signed fine art prints are available from this or any image on my website. Archivally printed using Epson K3 Ultrachrome Inks and Exhibition Fiber Paper.
