I usually pass by this area when i go shoot, and always think that this is a gr8 place to shoot but bcoz of harsh bright warm colour street lights i never attempt to take any shots, except this day luckily this area had a long power cut.
This shot from a bridge and i havn't used any flash here, its the light from the the vehicles pases by. and it turned out gr8!
