A loon parent carrying the chick on its back as they often do ... with no complaint from the rider !!!
Difficult shooting all the days since there was little light and had to increase the ISO for most, this was 1600 and had some at 3200.
You want some light for these birds but not harsh since they are so difficult to expose properly. Hope to be able to return and will be doing battle with the crustaceans again (Main Lobster) :)
