One week on from my last session with the three little sister cubs at Khao Kheow Open Zoo (Chonburi, Thailand) - making them 24 days old at the time - the weather wasn't the most favourable for outdoor photography but I managed to capture a relatively decent shot of the three of them together for the first time (the one above!) and one or two more that I also like.
Young as they are, the handlers prefer the cubs to remain on towels during the brief periods I have them while outside, as they may still be susceptible to picking up nasty things from the grass. This is the main reason most of my shots thus far have mainly been close-up portraits and, in a case like this, I've chosen to crop out areas that, in the original, clearly show signs of the towels they were sitting on; though perfectly clean and attractive in their own right, towels don't exactly enhance a natural feel, if you know what I mean ;^)
Also, high quality prints are available of this image and all images you find on my 500px pages by way of our Nature Impressions website, where you can also find many more pictures and information on the subjects I photograph, so please feel free to pay us a visit!
