V nicely framed and I like that you have strayed from convention with the extra jeans bit at the bottom and the hair across the eyes, it's not intended as a glamour shot which actually makes it more appealiing

like this, but if i were you i'd either crop the t-shirt out to give more emphasis on the face/eyes (can't have hair blocking the eyes). or use a longer focal length to give her more space. just my assessment :)
