In mid June there is virtually 24 hour daylight in Finland, which is great for a wildlife photographer.
I was sitting in a hide next to a pond, deep in the forest, close to the Russian border. It was pretty warm, especially for those wearing thick fur coats. And what's better than a refreshing dive in the local pond to cool down again?
This image was shot close to midnight. This bear was really enjoying this time in the water and spent some 15 minutes in it.
