It is a view you may know if you like Seoul by night, but anyway; this is 양화대교 (Yanghwa Bridge) under construction (they are putting arches in place, that's why the bridge looks snaky now) and it's huge interchange between the bridge, the Olympic Highway and the Airport Highway. Lots of traffic in the foreground, 선유도 (Seonyu Island) in the middle; a "botanical" park island on the Han River and, in the background, 북한산 Bukhan Mountain.
