A fire took this home in less than 10 minutes, and the mood was quite bleak. Fortunately nobody was physically harmed, but how do you replace years of memories? I took this shot to try and memorialize that feeling of defeat, both for the people who tried to help and the person who lost everything. Perhaps as a reminder, to myself, that we always need to be mindful of others pain.
