Grown male lions do not climb trees, but females enjoy it. Staying away from flies and catching cool breeze they spend long hot days in savanna relaxing on comfortable tree branches. This was a very interesting couple - a young male lion and an experienced grown female, two "love birds" having a romantic retreat away from their lion pride. After some really hot sex under the tree, she climbed the tree followed by her young lover, who was so tired he went into deep sleep several minutes after he found a spot for himself.
