Hi tikip. Thank you for downloading the full size image. The dimensions are 3922x2508 @300dpi (around 10 mpixels). The printed image quality depends on the dpi printed and on the dimensions, color tones and resampling the printer can manage. If you want large proportions (e.g. 1m on the long side) you should lower the dpi at around 100, but I believe if the printer can manage effectively the contrast (or you can process via curves yourself) you should be able to maintain a good quality at a maximum size of 1,5 to 2 meters in the long size. I have successfully printed similar size (http://neohorimeligala.blogspot.gr/2013/01/blog-post.html) and there's no visible grain. Of course it was a daylight photo.
