I am just going to copy and paste my description below from RedBubble when I first processed it and uploaded it there a month ago, so bare with me.
I am completely over the moon with how this shot turned out, so excited that I just finished processing this and had to upload this at this very second. I was shocked I got it to align inside Photomatix as the wind was just insane…I guess fast shutters can come in handy. Captured at the Pawnee National Grasslands in Colorado, this whole place caught my eye. I was originally shooting the old abandoned farm house from the front when my shooting buddy John Sperry walked behind it to shoot (I didn’t want to, the wind was just to much along with the blowing sand/dirt…you all should have seen my cameras sensor! lol ) when John came walking back down and showed me this 1956 Ford and I was basically freaking out. You just don’t see many 50s cars sitting around anymore in this kind of shape. I HAD to get it, considering how much of a love affair I have with old iron anyhow. The light was wonderful, really golden and saturated…so away I went, shooting around 60 shots of this scene…different compositions and orientations.
