This image has fantastic composition but there are a number of technical issues perhaps working for you as well as against. The background metering is good. Perhaps I'd have gone a little lighter but the darker background works well with the diver's strobe going off. Next point, the diver's left strobe has fired as a slave to yours. Was this your intention? I think it's a great idea for composition but I would have preferred both to go off. Perhaps the other was a TTL setup with no slave operation possible. Finally your single strobe is clearly evident making the image unbalanced. In a situation like this with one strobe point it completely vertical or even back over you head and fire it at maximum power. In this way back scatter and diffraction will provide a very gentle illumination of the foreground, perhaps just enough for interest. Anyway, this is a difficult image to make well! The composition is sensational and I like it! :-)
