With a trip to the Farne Islands approaching, I decided I'd upload one of my favourite puffin portraits from my visit last year. It's a classic pose, but I wanted to capture it up close with the puffin looking straight down the lens. I finally got a corporative bird literally as I was about to pack up and head back to the boat, so this was my last puffin shot of the trip.
