The beautiful deep orange of the Golden Gate Bridge is highlighted by spectacular blue light from the light show that accompanied the fireworks was shining up though the smoke during a pause during the show.
I thought, wow, who will ever see this odd lighting ever again and started taking pictures. The unusual pattern of the brilliant blue lights reflecting off the wispy smoke that changed with each second made for a very interesting outline of the 75 year old suspension bridge build in 1937.
I was able to capture so many iconic shots of the event. This one worked so well since the light show had moved directly behind the main tower and they had beams of light illuminating the brilliant orange tower. The blue smoke against the brilliant orange of the bridge was like a magic show. San Francisco in the distance just capped off the shot.
