A Yucca stands guard in the rain over the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Hard to believe, but this was the view from the Master Bedroom of Julia Pfeiffer Burns home along the rugged Big Sur coast. The house has since been demolished and the area donated to the state as a state park for all to enjoy.
