Very cool shot. Voted! Did you just spin the steel wool outside above the line of view or do you have another way of making it rain?

Simon, great photo!! I've never worked with steel wool before, but most photos I've seen involved spinning it to achieve effect. Can you elaborate what you did here to get the appearance of the sparks falling straight onto the umbrella? Are you "spinning" wool, or just moving your arm up and down?

Hi Thomas, i was spinning the wool against the ceiling of the tunnel (i'm out of the frame standing 2m above my model spinning the wool towards my model).
