Shooting in Washington is a bit of a challenge as most buildings are government related and each has a myriad of guards standing outside. I decided to brave it and shoot this one on a tripod.
The building is 3 exposures, 1 stop apart blended together. The sky was shot separately and merged in Photoshop. Selective levels and curves adjustments and sharpening in photoshop, additional contrast adjustment and cross processing in Color Efex Pro 4, finished it in Lightroom 3.
