I took this image from Shallow Bay on the shores of Lake Manapouri while wandering the area at the start of the Kepler Track (or end according to the direction of most trekkers). I had thought the light would occur over the mountains behind me but as such, jumping into the water was the only way to capture this scene with the light featuring!
