We saw this spetacular when we hiked in the Olympic National Forest. We thought we were in the "Twilight" movie. We could not find any words to describe the beauty and the wonder of the forest.
This was a 3.2 seconds long exposure. I used a CPL to increase the saturation and reduce the excessive reflection from the water and the leaves. Near the end of the exposure, a blow of layer fog on the upper half of the CPL enhanced the dreamy effect while retained the details of the photo at the same time.
