My friend Christian and I headed out to "Thors Well" last night. We wanted to get a little closer than the normal, so being freaked out like normal, we tied ourselves off on some rocks and stood right on the edge of this huge chasm. I am rather glad that we decided to tie off because I was slammed really hard and knocked over multiple times.... scary spot. My camera took the beating pretty well. I was pleasantly surprised that my camera held up against the onslaught of sea salt and water. But just when I though I was safe, as I was opening the front door of my house, SLIP EEEEEEEK! I dropped my camera as I was digging out my keys, and the lens shattered :( .__.
It turns out, this was a rather expensive trip. :(
