Thai Elephant Conservation Center was founded by the Forest Industry organization in 1992 to honor birthday of Royal Priness located in Hang Chat District downsouth of Chiang Mai. The Thai Elephant Conservation Center aims to provide the last home of Thai Elephants in Thailand where providing free medical treatment to every sick elephants. Nowaday there are over 50 elephants under well care by their mahouts and vets.
