An image from my very first photography road trip, which I had the immense pleasure of sharing with Steve Turner. Not really sure why I get such joy from watching my friends flounder around, but this particular morning was a real gem. I got to watch Steve spend a solid 3 minutes trying to figure out why his images were all coming out too dark before sheepishly removing his lens cap. That was just the cherry topping the sundae of watching him try to fish his ND filter out of the lake after he dropped it in.
All in all, a pretty great day.
Before you feel too badly for poor Steve.... TRUST me, he has had many a giggle at my expense.
