After waiting for what seems like forever for some sunny weather, what do I do when it finally makes an appearance?!? I turn my back on a beautiful sunset and instead choose to photograph some horses! Not just any horse though, this one is an Exmoor Pony, Britains oldest breed of native pony and a resident of Exmoor since at least 50,000 years ago. During the Second World War, the Exmoor Pony numbers dwindled to around just 50, but thankfully the numbers are much healthier now although the pony is still on the endangered list. This one was photographed grazing in the beautiful Valley of Rocks area on Exmoor's coast.
