Went on the last ferry to go around the sound... good thing we made it. It was overcast 30 mins before sunset, good thing I was given a little bit for about 15 mins. The 3 meter tide was coming in fast and I was in a hurry to capture the image and get back, had to due an ultra long exposure just to get the colors to crawl. A 359km drive back to Queenstown was eerie, not a single car in front and back of us for the whole drive. Amazing experience.
