Yes I used the Lee big-stopper, it´s the only way to have such a long exposition at suntime.
This photo was one of the first photos I made with it, just after the filter arrived.

In my gallery all the photos are made using a tripod. In fact, I don't remember last time I made a photo without the tripod.
If you look into my photos, the big majority was shot at the end of the day, mainly after the sunset, or before the dawn.
The expositions are always long. Its impossible to make a neat photo with 1/2 second or a very long one with 30, 120 or even 480 seconds!.
