Last week I went to see Stanley Clarke and Stewart Copeland at the Bataclan in Paris. I now know to anciticpate in "famous" clubs that they won't let me in with my DSLR, so instead I packed my Lumix LX5 which, to be honest, I rarely use.
To my surprise, some of the shots from that gig were very decent, and even though there's a significant difference in dynamic range, I'm pretty pleased with a few of these photos.
Here's one of Stanley Clarke with his electric bass and a very growly facial expression.
