The Milky Way sets over Mt Arapiles. 9 frame panorama. The Small and Large Magellanic Clouds feature above the sign and the bright star to the left of the sign is Canopus the second brightest star in the night sky. It appears much bigger and brighter than it actually is in this image because it's light is being scattered by the thin cloud band.
