Born in Tokyo in 1970,Matsumoto Noriko is a graduate of Jiyu-no Mori Gakuen High School,Wako University Department of Art, and Intermedium Institute (Osaka). She is recient of the 14th "Hitotsuboten" Photography Award Grand Prix, and author of the Photo collection Usagijima (Hayakawa Shobo,2007) and the children's photo book Usagi usagi konnichiwa ("Kodomo no Tomo 0,1,2" series; Fukyinkan Shoten, 2011) Nousagi No Me (Hatori Shoten, 2011)　 -Expository writing from "Nousagi No Me."- .
