I am a Delhi-based photographer specializing in macro and abstract photography. I like to see my work as an exploration of beauty with detailed or macro photography. Too many things in the frame confuse me. With macro photography I can focus my attention on the details. I also enjoy nature photography and am especially fascinated by birds. Although I have travelled through natural reserves and sanctuaries in different parts of the world to photograph birds, some of my favourite photographs have been taken from my own backyard in New Delhi. My photographs focus on the multitude of other living beings that we all share our space with without acknowledging or even being aware of their existence. I have exhibited my work at solo exhibitions as well as jointly with other photographers over the last couple of years.
